market forming base? or top?

The way this market is trading now indicates some big move is coming soon. It may form a base here for more upside move or it may be at the top.

The following factors suggest that market is forming bottom:

1. seasonality
2. energy price on retreat
3. FED closer to end of rate hike
4. decent earning growth

The following factors may suggest market is at top:

1. rally has been speculative
2. interest rate is on the rise
3. oil price is still high
4. earning is not specutacular

Market TA looks good, but overbought. NAX has tried twice to break 1635 but failed.

I am cautiously on long side here. Semi seems to be good bet. And Internet is next one.
