不仅仅是美国的创投，而且大量来之其它国家，这一地区每年被大公司并购的小公司就有几十家，现在时髦的是：年轻人热衷到startup, 30-45岁中年人纷纷跳槽到startup担任管理职位拿股票期权，大公司基本就是已经赚到一笔的留守。
