to bloody_oil,血油兄，能讲讲wpsc么？

我跟了这只股票一段时间了。
伤害这只股票的最主要因素是能源价格高，现在石油价格下来了，对它应该是好事啊
难道我分析有什么问题么？
我不擅长fa，但是从ta角度看，石油开始降价的时后，wpsc就开始横盘了。我之所以想设12，就是认为从ta角度讲，在上升前，肯定要再次确定底部。
而且% Held by Institutions4: 87.70% 应该是个好信号啊，
顺便说说ovti吧。我有一个朋友在这个公司旁边的公司工作。他说，好像这个公司现在异常冷清，其他同类型公司现在都还挺热闹的（主要指招工和项目），恐怕有事。可是从ta上看，看不见有什么异常啊。我很想short这只。
