Mutual fund cash-to-asset level is at a 30 year low of 4%. And the top 100 money managers own more than half of all US stocks.

This means that there may not be too much of cash 观望. The problem for the humongous money managers is how to sell their stocks to raise their cash level while not bringing down the market too much.
