新手问题：这样的大势怎么办？

想听听老手们的意见，这样的大势下，老手们是不是昨天就把long的全部出掉，或者除掉大半？一个问题是很多
强势股出了有点心痛，特别是才进去还有点亏的，大家有否同感？

第二个问题是如果出了后，大家就歇着看戏了，还是弄点short,或者买点put？
short吧，感觉真的弱势股一下子也不好找，强势股在这些天大多是跌的，但是short强势股太危险，很多人都等着抢反弹。弱势股一是俺平时不太留意，二是这种大势下很多弱势股也只是继续不紧不慢的走它的路。
put?感觉买了后decaying value with time总是很不爽，而且胜率有个30-40%就很不错了。除非能感到要崩盘了，买点put才有意义。

最后感觉只有闲着，加上一点心痛买了强势股。或者我平时就该留意弱势的股票，乘现在狂short？（short真是很难做） 。或者现在做作大盘股的swing?
