yesterday, when the guy recommended this
stock, I offered a link and clearly
my answer is NO, this is a junk stock
aimed at grab your money. This stock
will trade at a penny within a year
or two.

this stock is strange, it was pumped
up at every news, and price never sustained,
which means someboy was selling at large
chunk. It gout to be a insider selling at
EVERY chance.

a 2 for 1 split was announced and postponed,
mainwhile, (I copy and paste here )

Additionally, the Board of Directors approved a move to increase the number of authorized shares from 50,000,000 to 200,000,000. This increase will become effective on the same date as the forward stock split.

The Board of Directors believes it is in the best interests of the Company and its shareholders for the Company to have a reasonable reserve of authorized but un-issued shares of common stock in order to allow for future stock issuances in future actions such as stock splits, stock dividends, acquisitions of property and securities of other companies.


an increase of share from 50 to 200 means the share
price is diluted 4 times, which means the price
should drop by 4 times at around 2 dollare per share,
plus the 2 to 1 spit, this stock effectively become
a penny stock, trades at under 1 dollar.

it is just a hoax to exploit investors in US.
I am not going to buy a single share of this
shitty company
