请教: Want to buy an Unlocked Android Phone

看到千兄和雪兄在讨论Android phone 的问题, 也想在此请教一下.


 


The reason that I am thinking of Unlocked is that the monthly data plan is too expensive for me.


 


My questions are:



  1. Do we really need a monthly data plan? Is it worthy?

  2. For Android phone, do we have to choose Samsung Galaxy? Is it especially good? What I know is that it is especially expensive, compared to others, such as HTC, LG, and etc. Using laptop as an example, there is no much differences between good brands and bad brands.
