One of reason is food.

1. Wheat, milk, beef, eggs, and onion(plus, you need  good enough daylight.)

I already changed  my diet structure in our table about one year ago after the recommendation from a friend. But i can't do that much proteins myself. Just for kids.

I guess you are knowing  "the why" better than I am, but you are welcom to ask.
