The NYSE's 衰落, (if it is really 衰落),is not caused by NASDAQ, althoguh OTC takes a bite of its market. The reason is the increase trading activities in Tokyo and London markets. That was why NYSE initiated two pilot programs to extend trading hours in 1991.
