FED uses QE2 to fight deflation, because

FED's biggest concern is deflation, which has damaged Japanese economy for more than 10 years.

It is highly likely FED will do QE3 at 2011 with the same size of QE2, and a half size QE4 in 2012.

If US economy still cannot recover after QE4, God knows when/what can help.
