As long as dollar keeps weak, oil price won't go down.
Bush will stay here for another 4 years, dollar couldn't be strong for next 4 years. Down another 10-15%.
Check out the history of PTR and CEO, How were they doing when oil was $26?
People are focusing on oil price at this moment, however, once oil price gets stable at this level, peopel will pay more attention on company and market.
This year china GDP growth more than 9% again, demand is huge.
Also remember this, PTR and CEO are picked by every China ETF. Don't you think this is a hot spot?
