Buying NINE? Think again!

I don't know how long this company has been around, and I don't know how they managed to get listed in NASDAQ. What I do know is that they don't even have a website in English. Sorry, I lied. They do have a English website, which is still under construction. Are you kidding me? A public traded comapny on NASDAQ market without a English website? What kind of company is that? How do you guys feel confident trading its shares?
