多次建仓和average down -- 请帮忙解释

老师同学们，
高手们都建议多次建仓以减小风险，可是又说不能 average down,
结果，每当现价比我前面买入价低时，我都不敢加仓，因为高手说 average down 是大忌。我喜欢average down。心里上容易接受。

可是，股价比我前面买的高时，我便不愿意买。

到底怎样多次建仓呢？
