但是从700B的金额来看， 猫腻大了，银行必涨，TAXPAYER必赔，很惨！看看ETFC和MER的DEAL，实际上是~20c for 1 dollar， 按这个比列， 700B会接受3。5Trillion， 我不认为会有这么多， 所以肯定高于20C， 所以有猫腻， 银行必涨， 大涨！TAXPAER 就去哭吧！熊也去哭吧
