我不同意老大的说法

我买, 花钱拿货, 可以死守, 货是我的...成零了也是我的, 如一开始不用马金, 到死无忧虑

我卖, 别人的, 我得到现金, 但我风险是巨大的, 我必须承担买回股票的能力.

如果同意RISK..VS....PROFIT

我觉得都是合理的东西.

买是自愿的

卖是自愿的

买要花钱拿货

卖要得钱给货

只要双方守了本分就好...

卖的时候必然有买家吧?? 买回的时候必然有卖家是吧??

是合理的东西, 限制了它...就如同要把当前美元重新回到金本位一样...

看似合理, 伦理, 保险

但限制了流动行, 因为少了流动量, 反而会大大阻碍市场运转...

完全不赞同SEC如此
