１。 逢高空。少做多。追空，绝不追多！

２。 现金不能少于２０％。

３。 不要只看股市， 房市也要看。

４。 当没人谈房子时， 开此买房。现在人人谈买投资房，所以， 不要买。 房市不是股市， 不会一下反弹的

５。 当DQ和胡同没人看时， 才大举买股票。

６。 当banking M＆A 开此了， 就可以买金融股了。
