刚搬进来一个月的租客洗澡时，handle broke off，大量的水流到一楼，墙，ceiling，地板，地毯都湿了。总阀门在crawl space，租客不知道。但他们也没有做任何措施，任凭水在卫生间地上流到楼下，直到plumber到达。打算报保险公司，但还要继续租约吗？
