上任新房东才一周，就遇到难题了，我该如何拒绝这个申请人

今晚接到一个申请人的电话，口音很重，提供了自己的名字，和自己的职位--在当地的一个石油和天然气公司做auditor， 信用评分720到750，工资15万。 妻子正怀孕，还有三个孩子，分别9岁，7岁，1岁。 他现在的租约还有两个月就到期了。我当时听他的口音，就直觉他有可能是个印度人，如果真是印度人的话，管他信用分和工资有多高呢，我就是不喜欢和他们打交道！简短通话后，马上查了他的名字，十有八九是印度人了。又过了半个小时，他把驾照照片也发给我了，十分肯定了！我该如何拒绝呀？大家帮着出出主意吧
