去年卖了一个房子， 请教一些税务问题

2017年买的房子，去年卖掉了

1. 收益交税是不是15%？

2.卖前做了kitchen remoding 和一些修理，是放在repair 里还是cost?

3.我用turbotax 报税， 他家给要交的税比我算的多很多，好像不是15%的收益税，这软件可靠吗？
