浴室镜子脱落

今天房客忽然报告楼上两个浴室的镜子都掉下来了， 都是那种粘在墙上的一面镜子， 房子才4年多， builder原装。 我觉得这事挺奇怪， 以前从没遇到过这种事， 而且还是两天之内两个都掉下来， 大家有过这种经历吗？ 什么情况才会出现这种问题？ 怎么修复， 需要找专业公司， 还是handyman？ 谢谢
