LA 租控去的房子，买下了以后如果把租客赶走，看上了LA租控

区的一个房子，4个unit， 900k，问题是有居住了>20年的租客4个家庭，租金3000多一点的，如果把它们relocate，难度大不大，我是老地主，缺从来没有eviction经验。有经验的能不能讲讲，如果花钱买断，能不能找人做， 跨度多久，谢谢
