说是楼下的两个2室一卫各租$1800(我觉得合理),楼上的两个三室两卫各租$2800, 我刚觉有点悬。要是自己盖同样的价钱能盖出来吗?自己盖必须能便宜很多才行,比如130万以下,否则时间成本算上去也不值了。
