紧急求救：来了个黑人单妈，Zillow 上的信息：信用717， 在本地一个大的物流公司做account manager, 收入4x, 看上去无可挑剔。看房那天没看ID (我一般都不看）。 看完房觉得该看ID， 就问她要driver’s license copy. 和信息符合。给她给的上司打电话，也符合。又用smart move 重新核查background/ credit, 也对得上号，就决定给她签约。昨晚由于我要out of town, 由队友代我签约。队友问她要ID, 她说只有手机上电子driver’s license , 实物DL 丢了，正在申请补发。给的deposit 和first month rent 竟然是现金。队友有怀疑但还是给她签了，钥匙也给了。队友回家给我打电话报告情况，越想越不对劲。回家再数她给的现金，少了$200 刀，而且很多$20。 现金上有烟味。请问，现在怎么办，可以退租约吗？签了的lease 其实还没给她copy , 可以明天早上去把钥匙换了，告诉她不能租给她吗？
