修学一学期后，父母之一去租一个房or Airbnb 和孩子合住一段时间？

Kids could be mean. My kid mentioned even Jeff Bezos's boy was made fun of by frat kids.

One roomate is easier to handle than 2 or 3 roomates. I have a local rental. 3 college girls moved in and one could not get along with 2 other ones. had to move out early on 2 yr lease. Two other girls paid a little bit more before they found a new roommate.
