请问不想让房产公司给我管理出租房了

他们问May I ask why you’re looking to cancel services with us? 

怎回答比较好？ 可否说我们有了潜在的买家？ （实际上是因为他们什么都不干 每个月从我这里白拿一笔钱） 我觉得和我自己管理没什么区别
