请教，这是哪种siding，这种stain怎么修理？

出租房hoa让clean or paint外墙。请教大家，

1. 这种siding是vinyl吗？今天试了下拿百洁布刷了一块，结果浅色的也打磨掉了，变成跟深色stain一样的颜色。虽然我感觉像vinyl，但是网上说vinyl不会变色, 因为颜色是本体材料自带的。

2. 这种stain要怎么办？只能repaint或者换新的吗？
