急问：（图片）浴室冷水开关还在漏水，如何修？这个工具叫什么？

我的老中handyman换了新开关因为原来的太老旧 （图片已经是新开关），但还是漏水关不紧。他向一个有经验的人打听了一下，人家说是要用一个什么工具伸到里面去（图中圈的地方），要连里面一个什么东西也换掉才行。他不会英文，所以也不知道这个工具叫什么，所以我也没法去网上订。

请问这个工具因为叫什么？一般的handyman修不了的话，该找谁？Plumber吗？ 谢谢
