shower tub renovation求建议

70/80s single family rental house. Mirror and tile wall over tub (60"x32").  Most people do not like mirror.  tile color too dark. 

1. Replace with acrylic shower tub ("lifetime warranty") $10k (costco referral gave me lower end estimate of $12-13k up to ceiling height shower wall)

2. HD/Lowes fiber glass 3-wall shower tub. Still waiting for quote. ($6k?) 

3. resurfacing (this company claimed better than epoxy spray). $1500k (10 yr warranty). Over mirror, this guy would not give me pure white color option. 

Getting ride of mirror wall will be headache. I have no bathroom renovation experience so prefer to have other people do it. 

Any concern on resurfacing option?

 

60" vanity. Resurfacing would cost over $400 (only the following color is available). Still better than getting a brand new. Pinkish looks quite outdated. Need to change handles too.
