Ohio law, like all states, implies a covenant of quiet enjoyment in every lease. This means you have the right to use the property you rented without unreasonable interference from the landlord.
Suddenly revoking an amenity you have been using (like a designated parking spot) could be construed as a violation of this right, especially if it significantly impacts your use of the property (e.g., you now have nowhere to park, or must park far away in an unsafe area).
