驱赶房客进行时

这个房客是前任房租选中的，当时正在买房的过程中，所以让我批准了，因为当时是现在的房客和他的堂姐一起申请的，堂姐的信用分很高，而且收入也很高，所以批准了，现任房客的信用分数只有500多一点。刚搬进来就出现过一次拖欠房租的情况，一年多以后他的堂姐搬走了，现任房客的妈妈后来又搬进来了，然后每次都是由她妈妈付房租，把她妈妈加到了租约上。中间又有过一两次拖欠房租的情况，最后都交了。长话短说，今年七月份开始只交了一小部分的房租，后来就再也没有交过房租了，包括八月份的房租。跟我说她妈妈在外州探访儿子的时候病了住院了，她自己也失业了，换了一个薪水更低的工作，所以没钱交房租了。多次给我承诺说马上就能交，新工作的工资发下来了马上交，后来又说申请的贷款批准了，马上交，每次都是口头承诺但是就是见不到房租。迫不得已，我自己发了三天必须交房租要不就退房的通知，还帮她在她新工作的城市附近找了更便宜的房子的信息，因为她们就两个人根本不需要住现在这么大的三房两卫的房子。我甚至还提出给2000美元现金，让她们提前搬出去。她们那边还是没有任何行动，经常发短信不回，但是打电话还是接的。妈妈那边是完全失联了，不回我短信也不回我电话。这么多次沟通，我感觉他们就是想赖下去了，所以这周五去法院正式的提交了case，周六找到了住在同一个小区的我的另外一个房客他愿意帮我做server。本来是想让刚满18岁的儿子去做的，他试了一次以后就不想去做了，也许觉得我驱逐租房没有同情心吧，说我应该先去跟房客商量想想办法，我说我已经商量过无数次了，根本就没有任何办法，而且说实话现在这个房客老撒谎，我都不知道她说哪句是真的，让她提供她妈妈的病情文件也没有提供。下面是我给server的详细步骤：1. Make at least three attempts to deliver the paperwork. One in the morning, and one in the evening, one at any other time. You can do these three attempts when there is nobody at home at #1, which is OK. You just need to knock on their door and wait for a minute. If nobody opens door, it will still count as one attempt. Please write down the time of these three attempts.
2. On the fourth attempt, please make sure that the tenant is at home. Then you can say: “Hello, are you x?”
x: “Yes.”
Server: “Is y home?”
X: “No.”
Server: “These are your legal papers. These (another envelope) are the legal papers for y - since she is not home, I will also mail her a copy.” [hands X two envelopes; if x refuses, you can leave the two envelops onto the floor then leave]
3. After the fourth attempt when you are able to deliver the papers, please write down the time as well. Then go to post office and mail the 3rd envelope to y. Please use a mail method with tracking. (if you have trouble mail it, I can help).
4. Then, I will bring a form for you to sign to certify that you have delivered the papers.
