reasonably you can claim many hours ( for example, for a 2000 sqf house, replace roof, paint exterior/interior, replace floor--all these put together you probably can claim 375 hours), otherwise it's hard to support the claim.

Be honest, use how much you actually spent. There is no amount of money you can trade for your integrity.
