Termites infested house

我准备在洛杉矶买个小房子给女儿住。她们俩人都不handy.  Now inspection found termites! Needs tenting.  My concern is:  will the termites keep coming back even after tenting treatment?  Will it affect the sale later ?  Because the seller has to disclose the termite infestation.  I

inspec also found roots in the PVC sewer line.  Inspector said use hydro jet every 8 months.  Is that a big problem too?
