新手房东诚心求教- landlord-tenant escrow account

新手房东，第一次出租自己的自住房

我在VA，法律规定要开landlord-tenant escrow account 存deposit, 问下大家都开这个account 么？感觉好麻烦又没有多少钱，用其它的account有什么风险么？
