我觉得一开始说你来负责砍树修栅栏，这样容易促成事情。如果对方是好人，会主动承担一部分花销。如果对方是俗人，你做一个表态他赚你便宜，起码事情也能办成。如果对方是恶人，那么不管你说什么都没用。
