幫孩子做研究 要去紐約租房 看上一個公寓 馬上有個open house， 孩子W2

有超過40倍月租（聽說有這個要求），信用826（之前告訴我750後來查了記錯了），之前已經有過幾年外地租房的經歷，紐約是新來乍到，需要怎麼做才能增加租到的機率呢？多謝
