Housing 将批准的$3200 租金降回$2700

housing 批准涨到 $3200，lease 都签了，突然告知只能涨到$2700， case manager 读housing rent review 发来的涨租通知看错了。跟rent review team 联系了，说同一栋楼其他相同bedroom 的房型租金是$2700，所以只能涨到这个数字，虽然我申请的$3200在他们的租金范围内。大家有什么招吗？还是只能接受，租客本人挺不错的
