我现在被夹在了租客和HOA之间。还没问自己landlord保险。但

估计不能报，因为不是我的fault.  To show a goodwill, I am willing to cover some cost. Just not sure if the renters actually appreciate it, as they just keep complaining. I can be tough on them if I have to. It feels wrong though for me to cover all the cost.
