statefarm 越来越烂了

一个独立屋， 上个月房屋屋顶下大雨， ceiling漏水， 我们换了一排瓦， 结果第二次下大雨又漏雨了。 报了保险，保险公司inspector睁眼说瞎话， 说ceiling印记是surfactant leaching of the paint， 不是漏雨. 我们有漏雨时候的video. 我们是不是该找一个roof company了？
