签约时就要想到到时搬不走，就像编程要想到出错的处理。

好的租约都要这么写，这样他们知道需要尽快搬走或者尽快续约。

the rent is $2500 per month due on the 1st of every month.  After 5/31/2025, the rent will be $3000 per month unless both parties entered a new lease.
