研究了一下，知道为什么加州eviction那么慢了

2022年，加州eviction filing数字为97万，德州为27万。加州驱逐案例是德州的3.6倍，不慢才怪！吓死人！

2023和2024年数据找不到，没法对比，估计也差不多。

看来我还是继续好好远程伺候加州房客吧
