今天去法庭赶了一个房客

      大概情况如下：房租每月2500。二月一号没付，三号发3 day notice，告她7号不交就file eviction。她说交。然后7号付了850，12号付了850，剩下800 deadline 二月16号。16号下午告她如果不交，17会有新的3 day notice。17号发notice，21号file eviction，今天开庭。法官判我胜诉。

      刚给她发了一个短信，告她必须搬走，其他都好商量；她回答说她可以付租金和罚款，就是不想搬走。

      我打算不再理她了，等五天后她不搬走就到court file writ of repossession，让警察赶她。我算是受够了
