出租房的internet

出租房的internet是HOA跟Comcast签了bulk installation contract 后装的，所以我应该是account owner. 装了以后我没register online account. 现在房客有问题联系客服，客服说要先register. 请问如果让房客用他们的personal info 注册，以后会有什么麻烦吗？比如说order service但不付款之类？怎么做最好？谢谢
