請教老朽大哥一個問題 我一直screening房客的時候非常小心 這次有一個房客我覺得還可以 馬上offer他可以降100多的房租 如果他馬上簽的話 他表示出感興趣 可是又說今天晚上在SAMI Application 然後就是速度比較慢 我想問一下 對這樣速度比較慢的客戶 有的時候我們就是算了就好呢 就不要了 因為他也不是特別感興趣 還是要keep working on it
