铅毒

我有很多1978年前的老condo，最近，听说纽约的老公寓被告，儿童铅中毒。 得罚和花大钱来付医药费。 我打算再查一遍这些房的油漆，是否还有铅毒。 该找谁？或公司来查呢？收费如何？
