Is it good that sign a lease with three tenant names?

请教各位老大： 我们的agent找了新房客: 一对夫妻和妻弟，lease里加进了三个人的名字，这是常规操作吗？如果我们签了会不会有麻烦 （好象我们要deal with them seperately)?
