拿回钱来，要求这个contractort提供发票核对后再付相应的。再找另外的contractor大修房子，烧过的房子一定要拆到只剩框架和外墙，有毒的烟雾已经进到drywall和insulation了，不换掉，现在正在缓缓的释放毒气。
