请教：heating的问题

上周房客那里没有热水暖气，technician说是hot water heater坏了。刚刚换了一套全新的tankless hot water heater。这个heater提供厨房，洗手间的热水和暖气。

今天房客抱怨说heating不工作，但是有热水。thermostat显示20.5度。会是什么问题？有什么排查的办法吗？谢谢
