天花板掉下来了一块

天花板别的地方会不会有掉下来的风险？有租客抱怨车把手被砸坏了。

请contractor看了说是里面因为楼上漏水损坏了，需要天晴干了以后修理。楼上是阳台。这几天在下雨。
