买房遇到的奇葩

最近看中一套非常喜欢和适合我们的房子，我们递交了offer后，对方完全没有回应。我们追了好几次愿意加钱，直到买到房子，对方还是没有任何回应。直到前几天看到房子pending。。。心如绞痛，难以平复，应该说特别的伤心，真的是perfect home and location for our family. 

对方agent是一个白人，我怀疑她们是否将房子卖给自己认识的人，或者相好的同行？
