一年前买了个车库用现金4 万，另外每月HOA收$250。现在车库维修 HOA方要摊收4 万多的维修费。

维修费交法：

1， 现在交维修费4 万6。

2， 2026 年7 月一次交5 万。

3， 2026 年7月起，就每月$560 交10 年。利息6.85%，一共6万8 

车库目前市场价，可能有5 万。邻居有人卖开价5 万但是3 个月未卖出。

我自己也许2026年5 月后会卖掉这个车库，要么就是12 年以后再卖  。

请教 以上三种付款方式哪种比较合适？中间是否有各种意外情况可能？
